IMPERIAL BUILDS uses the contact details and project information you submit to review your inquiry, prepare follow-up questions, and discuss potential work with you.

Project inquiries

The form collects your name, contact details, project location, requested work, and the other information you choose to provide. Please do not include payment information, identity documents, access codes, or other sensitive details.

Inquiries are stored in a private website database. IMPERIAL BUILDS and its authorized service providers may process the information, including with AI assistance, to organize project details and prepare assessments and message drafts. Human review is required before client messages are sent. An automated assessment is not a final estimate or booking.

Website hosting and processing providers may process data outside Canada. Short-lived hashed network identifiers limit repeated submissions and measurement requests. Your project information is not published on the website or sold as a lead list.

Understanding how the website is used

We count page views, inquiry-form starts, and clicks on our call, text and email links. These counters do not include names, contact details, inquiry text, raw referring addresses, or visitor identifiers. A click does not tell us whether a conversation took place.

For the current browser tab, session storage remembers a broad source such as Google or Instagram, an approved campaign label, the first page visited, and a project showcase viewed. If you submit an inquiry, these categories and your selected project inspiration can accompany it so we know which enquiries the website generated. We do not use advertising cookies for this measurement.

Individual measurement events are kept for up to 90 days, with deletion during subsequent site activity. Inquiry records and their source information follow the retention described below. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also switch measurement off here; this does not affect the inquiry form. The preference is saved in this browser's local storage when available.

Contact choices

Submitting an inquiry allows us to contact you about that project. It does not subscribe you to a promotional mailing list. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop project follow-up, contact Armaan Kaushal at imperialbuildscanada@gmail.com or 437-429-2575. We retain inquiry information while needed for project discussions, business records, and applicable obligations.
