Request an assessmentWHAT WE DO
Turn an unfinished or dated basement into comfortable, useful living space. We help shape the layout, coordinate the trades, and finish each area with attention to flow, durability, and the way your family plans to use it.
Every estimate is based on the actual site, selected finishes, access, and confirmed scope. Start by sharing your project details so we can prepare for a productive conversation.
Framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, trim, paint, and coordinated mechanical or electrical work.
Family rooms, home offices, guest areas, storage, and flexible spaces designed for everyday use.
New or updated bathrooms coordinated as part of a larger basement renovation.
BEFORE WE MEET
A useful basement plan begins with the rooms you need and a clear picture of the existing space. Prepare these details before the first conversation.
List your intended uses, such as a family room, office, storage, or washroom. Separate essential features from ideas you would like to explore, and include approximate dimensions.
Note the current ceiling height, visible ductwork, utility equipment, windows, and any dampness or previous water damage. Share what you know so these conditions can be discussed at the assessment.
Describe the stairway or other access, the areas you need to keep usable, and whether the home will be occupied during the renovation. Mention any existing drawings or earlier renovation work.
A CLEARER SCOPE
Floor area is one part of the scope. The existing condition, proposed rooms, and finishing choices also need to be understood before an estimate is confirmed.
Unfinished or previously finished areas, removal needs, and conditions requiring further assessment.
The number and purpose of rooms, storage, and whether a washroom is included.
Mechanical or electrical coordination, ceilings, flooring, trim, and paint within the agreed scope.
Material access, occupied areas, and the order in which the confirmed work can proceed.
HOW IT STARTS
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Basement washrooms can be discussed as part of a larger renovation. Include the proposed location, any existing washroom, and the other rooms you are planning so they can be reviewed together.
Share approximate dimensions, intended uses, visible utility equipment, access, and any moisture or previous water damage you know about. These details help prepare for a site assessment.
Describe the options you are considering and your priorities. A family room, office, storage area, and washroom each create different layout and finishing needs to discuss.
Floor area helps start the conversation, but it does not describe the entire job. Existing conditions, rooms, utilities, access, and selected finishes are reviewed before the scope and estimate are confirmed.
